FOR PUBLIC LIBRARY RENOVATIONS IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for general renovations to the public library in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
