FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FACILITY IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for capital improvements at the youth development facility in Santa Fe county.
