46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE ALAMOGORDO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for resurfacing the playground and basketball court areas at Buena Vista elementary school in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county;

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for resurfacing the playground and basketball court areas at Yucca elementary school in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for indoor bleachers at Alamogordo high school in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county; and

five thousand dollars ($5,000) to plan, design and construct outdoor basketball courts at Chaparral middle school in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county.
