REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CAPITAN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase equipment for the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct baseball fields for the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to renovate the existing baseball field at the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for improvements for the family and consumer science program at the high school and middle school in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

thirty-three thousand six hundred dollars ($33,600) to purchase equipment for the football and track program at the high school in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to design and replace the roof on the elementary school in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for improvements to the the sound and lighting systems at Cummins gymnasium and Traylor gynmasium for the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county; and

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase and install equipment and to repair the cafeteria for the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county.
