46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct improvements to the water system in Carrizozo in Lincoln county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to renovate and upgrade the swimming pool in Carrizozo in Lincoln county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the restoration, conversion and incorporation of the old power plant as part of the heritage museum and cultural center in Carrizozo in Lincoln county.
