FOR DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND RENOVATING THE WYOMING LIBRARY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for designing, constructing and renovating the Wyoming library in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
