FOR THE UNSER CHILDREN'S DISCOVERY CENTER AND RACING MUSEUM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish the Unser children's discovery center and racing museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
