FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A COLLABORATIVE HIGHER EDUCATION LEARNING CENTER IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a learning center for collaboration between higher education institutions in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
