FOR NATURAL GAS LINE IMPROVEMENTS AND RENOVATION IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) for the natural gas line improvements and renovation for Hatch in Dona Ana county.
