FOR VIDEO CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT FOR WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase video conferencing equipment to aid in workforce training initiatives at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
