FOR A MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY IN EL RITO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to build a multipurpose facility in El Rito in Rio Arriba county.
