FOR IMPROVING THE VILLAGE PARK IN ROY IN HARDING COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to improve the village park in Roy in Harding county.
