FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CLAYTON IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million nine hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,950,000) to plan, design, construct, renovate and upgrade the county general hospital in Clayton in Union county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct, renovate and upgrade the county courthouse in Clayton in Union county.
