FOR THE FOREST MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for equipment and motor vehicles for the forest management program at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
