FOR PHASE 2 OF WELL WATER IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RIBERA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIBERA IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thirty-five thousand seven hundred nine dollars ($135,709) for phase 2 of water system improvements, which include design and construction, in the Ribera mutual domestic water consumers association in Ribera in San Miguel county.
