FOR PHASE 2 OF THE BUILDING PROJECT FOR THE EAST MESA CENTER OF THE DONA ANA COMMUNITY COLLEGE BRANCH OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

four million dollars ($4,000,000) for phase 2 of the building project for the East Mesa center of the Dona Ana community college branch of New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
