FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN THE EAST MESA AREA OF LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

two million two hundred nineteen thousand dollars ($2,219,000) to construct improvements, including paving, curbs and gutters, sidewalks and lighting, to Morningside road, Lemo road, Reynolds drive, Jefferson road and Davis road, in the east mesa area of Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
