FOR PHASE 2 REMODELING OF THE CARLSBAD SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT OFFICES IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for phase 2 construction and remodeling of offices in the Carlsbad soil and water conservation district in Eddy county.
