FOR PHASE 4 OF THE EFFLUENT REUSE PROJECT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for phase 4 construction and improvements for the effluent reuse project in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
