FOR RACQUETBALL COURTS AT THE RIVERWALK RECREATION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct racquetball courts at the Riverwalk recreation center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
