FOR A ROLLER HOCKEY PARK AT THE RIVERWALK RECREATION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design and construct a roller hockey park at the Riverwalk recreation center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
