FOR THE RIVERWALK RECREATION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to renovate the Riverwalk recreation center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
