FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CARLSBAD CEMETERY IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to make improvements, including installation of an irrigation system and construction of roadways, to the Carlsbad cemetery in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
