FOR A NATIONAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE TO STUDY CAVE AND KARST FORMATIONS IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design and construct a national research institute to study cave and karst formations in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
