FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, equip, furnish and renovate the Flickinger center for performing arts in Otero county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct a canopy over the Wade building on the Otero county fairgrounds; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase and renovate a building for a domestic violence shelter in Alamogordo in Otero county.
