FOR CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION TO PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT IN THE MESQUITE HISTORICAL DISTRICT IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

The general fund appropriation made to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection OO of Section 44 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 to improve the boys' and girls' club shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to plan, design and construct lighting, streetscapes, ornamental gardens, gateways and signage in the Mesquite historical district in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
