HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 228

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY George J. Hanosh

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for Seboyeta water system improvements in Cibola county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for a new sewer system for the San Mateo mutual domestic water consumers association in Cibola county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for a water and sewer system for the Cubero water association in Cibola county;

• to the department of transportation

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements to county road 48A in Timberlake, county road 8 in Cubero, county road 14 in San Fidel and county road 30 in Bluewater south in Cibola county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($195,000) for furniture and vehicles for the sheriff's department in Cibola county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the purchase of equipment and vehicles for the county jail in Cibola county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for renovation of the Fence Lake community center in Cibola county; and

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for the painting, plumbing, heating, cooling and carpeting of the Cibola county complex.
