FOR CONSTRUCTING THE SOUTHSIDE LIBRARY IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to construct the southside library in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
