FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AT THE NEW MEXICO SOCCER TOURNAMENT COMPLEX IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thirty thousand dollars ($330,000) for the design and construction of lighting, bleachers, landscaping and infrastructure at the New Mexico soccer tournament complex in Sandoval county.
