FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY FACILITY AT NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to construct and equip a facility for automotive technology instruction on the Espanola campus of northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county.
