FOR THE COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for improvements, including upgrading the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, at the annex building in De Baca county.
