FOR THE TULAROSA COMMUNITY DITCH AND VILLAGE OF TULAROSA WATER DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

three hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($365,000) for a feasibility study, environmental clearances and an engineering design for the Tularosa community ditch and village of Tularosa water development project in Otero county.
