HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 152

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Dianne Miller Hamilton

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two million nine hundred thousand dollars ($2,900,000) for phase 1 of the Sierra county regional wastewater treatment and collection project; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for a veterans' memorial park in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county; and

three hundred fifty-nine thousand nine hundred seventy-nine dollars ($359,979) to renovate the plaza in Monticello in Sierra county.
