FOR A TRACK FACILITY FOR THE MORA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a track facility for the Mora independent school district in Mora county.
