FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE FOR THE NEW MEXICO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct an administrative office for the northwest New Mexico council of governments in Gallup in McKinley county.
