FOR A WASTE CONVERSION AND RECYCLING PILOT PROJECT IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for construction of phase 1 of the waste conversion and recycling pilot project in Sandoval county.
