REQUESTED BY Luciano 'Lucky' Varela

FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A VETERANS' MEMORIAL IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and contruct a veterans' memorial adjacent to the Bataan building in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
