FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT TINGLEY BEACH IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to design, renovate, construct, equip and furnish the development of Tingley Beach in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
