FOR CONSTRUCTING THE NORTHERN DONA ANA JUDICIAL COMPLEX IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000) to construct the northern Dona Ana judicial complex in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
