AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ASSIST SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED FARMERS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to provide for instruction in manners, dancing and attire for the socially disadvantaged farmers of the state. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
