SENATE BILL 457

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2 line 13, strike the word “may” and insert in lieu thereof “shall”.

    2. On page 2 line 15, strike “a certain percentage” and insert in lieu thereof “fifty-five percent”.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
