AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE LIBRARY MATERIALS FOR THE BELEN CONSOLIDATED SCHOOLS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to purchase library materials, including DVDs, computer software and videos, for the Belen consolidated schools. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
