    Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 364, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 15, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

     2. On page 6, line 24, after the period insert:

"The department shall collaborate with other state departments or agencies that have an interest or stake in the subject being investigated, studied or considered.".

     3. On page 11, strike Section 17 in its entirety.

     4. Renumber succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
