    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 213

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 13, after "amounts" insert ", legal fees and costs of enforcement of civil remedies".

    2. On page 2, line 16, strike ", legal fees," and insert "and".

    3. On page 2, line 17, strike "and costs of enforcement of civil remedies".

    4. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike "by the unit" and remove the brackets and line-through.

    5. On page 2, line 20, strike "retained by the unit and expended" and insert:

    " except an amount not to exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) in fiscal year 2004, one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) in fiscal year 2005 and seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) in fiscal year 2006 may be retained by the unit and expended,".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
