AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A NEUROBEHAVIORAL RESEARCH PROJECT INVOLVING CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS AT HIGH RISK FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VIOLENT DELINQUENT BEHAVIOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for a neurobehavioral research project involving children and adolescents at high risk for the development of violent delinquent behavior. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
