AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A DRUG COURT IN THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred forty-five thousand two hundred dollars ($245,200) is appropriated from the general fund to the seventh judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to establish a drug court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
