    1. On page 1, line 22, after “river” insert “and the Canadian”.

    2. On page 2, line 15, strike “conduct an assessment and”.

    3. On page 2, line 16, strike “of water conserved and the amount”,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
