has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 9, line 2, strike "Care" and insert in lieu thereof "Services".

     2. On page 11, lines 6 and 7, strike ". The state board of finance" and insert in lieu thereof "and".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
