    1. On page 2, line 13, strike "38,313.9" and insert in lieu thereof "37,749.2".

    2. On page 2, line 14, strike "69,343.0" and insert in lieu thereof "75,343.0".

    3. On page 2, line 15, strike "74,784.7" and insert in lieu thereof "28,172.9". 

    4. On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert a new item (d) and figures under the Other State Funds, Federal Funds and Total/Target columns:

    "(d) Debt service    46,497.2   103,072.6   149,569.8".

    5. On page 2, line 16, strike "972.00" and "31.80" and insert in lieu thereof, respectively, "968.00" and "32.10".

    6. On page 2, between lines 16 and 17, insert:

         "The other state funds appropriation to the construction program of the department of transportation includes six million four hundred sixty-nine thousand three hundred dollars ($6,469,300) for a state-funded construction program. The department shall provide the legislative finance committee an annual plan defining projects to be completed and including associated performance measures.".

    7. On page 2, line 18, strike "3,800" and insert in lieu thereof "2,500".

    8. On page 3, lines 5 through 7, strike the numbers under the Other State Funds column and insert in lieu thereof:

    9. On page 3, line 8, strike "1,177.00" and "17.80" and insert in lieu thereof, respectively, "1,182.00" and "17.50".

    19. On page 4, between lines 16 and 17, insert:

         "The other state funds appropriation to the public transportation program of the department of transportation includes one million six hundred fifty-two thousand two hundred dollars ($1,652,200) for a sixty percent state match to federal funds for the park and ride project. The department shall provide quarterly reports to the legislative finance committee detailing percent of capacity served by route, the profit-loss income by route and reduction in traffic by route.".

    20. On page 5, line 1, strike "400.3" and insert in lieu thereof "421.9".

    21. On page 5, line 3, strike "1,874.6" and insert in lieu thereof "1,892.4".

    22. On page 5, lines 17 through 19, strike the numbers under the Other State Funds column and insert in lieu thereof:

              "1,463.6

              16,622.7

               7,394.0".

    23. On page 5, line 20, strike "424.00" and insert in lieu thereof "423.00".

    24. On page 5, between lines 20 and 21, insert:

         "The department of transportation may request transfers from the program support and maintenance programs to the construction program not to exceed three million dollars ($3,000,000) from the state road fund to meet additional federal fund opportunities for any amount over three percent of the federal funds estimate included in Section 4 of the Department of Transportation Appropriation Act for the department.

         The department of transportation may request program transfers not to exceed five percent of the other state funds appropriation included in Section 4 of the Department of Transportation Appropriation Act for the department to reorganize; provided that the department has presented its reorganization to the legislative finance committee.".

    25. Renumber all items to correspond with these amendments.

    26. Revise all totals and subtotals to correspond with these amendments.,

and thence referred to the Appropriations and Finance Committee.
