AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FROM THE STATE ROAD FUND FOR THE PASEO DEL NORTE EXPANSION TO UNSER BOULEVARD.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) is appropriated from the state road fund to the department of transportation for expenditure in fiscal years 2005 through 2008 for the Paseo del Norte expansion to Unser boulevard. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the state road fund.
